Mees is a natural talent

Paleis Het Loo in Apeldoorn – Mees had a relaxed start and then got ready for the day. We made music together in the morning, first with the piano and then the guitar. While tuning the guitar, a string broke. Opps! Mees still enjoyed playing, but on a 5 string now. At least it was in tune! 

For the afternoon, Mees was supposed to go horseback riding, but they cancelled due to an event with scooters. So that meant we could go to our planned activity at Paleis Het Loo. Here, Mees got to play a giant twister game with LL. He gave the directions by spinning a wheel and LL had to twist herself up. 

Then Mees tried out shooting with a bow and arrow. We missed a lot at the start, but then got the hang of it. Soon, Mees was hitting the target every time. The girl working there said he was a natural! After this, a little fun sitting on thrones as the King and Queen. After this, we relaxed in the garden. Then finished our outing going through the Jr Paleis. This was fun and interactive. 

We were busy with baking a cake, polishing the chandelier, washing and folding guest towels, choosing our costumes for the party, having a sword fight and attending the dance. Mees had a great time –  Klik ‘read more’ voor meer foto’s  –  Laura-Lynne
