Mees enjoys himself

Swimming pool in Ede and Intratuin in the area– Mees went to Ede for swimming in a therapeutic swimming pool. Mees was shocked with he first got in the water, but almost immediately after that he was smiling. 

Mees practiced swimming on his back, belly and standing to walk. He did his best to move his feet, kick his legs and paddle with his hands. He was a bit stiff at times; but with reminders and jokes, he relaxed better. Mees has a good workout and had fun! He also made some new friends, including one grandmother who helped Mees very sweetly back and forth across the pool.

Later in the afternoon we went to the Intratuin where Mees helped Laura Lynn buy inside plant soil and choose a plant. Had a little pause where Mees tried out some asparagus soup. He was interested in the soup, but didn’t care for the first taste. He enjoyed the next bites and then lost interest.
