Wet wet wet

Swimming pool in Ermelo – Today Mees went swimming in Ermelo. He joined an Aquatherapie class with an instructor. He had to walk and run in the pool, use weights, float on his back and tummy and do jumping jacks. Mees had a good workout and also relaxed. Very fun class! The shower afterwards was fantastic. Mees couldn’t stop laughing. After we left the pool, we had lunch in Ermelo and then headed to Nijkerk. Mees relaxed and later had a water fight with me and my son. Then he helped water the tomato plant. Some more playing in water and then a break to dry off. Back to the logeerhuis after this to prep for bed.  –  Klik ‘read more’ voor meer foto’s  –  Laura-Lynn
