Museon-Omiversum, Den Haag – Today Mees prepped for his day and then helped with the laundry, emptied the dishwasher, brought his suitcase home and help pack for our outing. When starting the wash, Mees was shown the “was doen” picture on his Tobi and encouraged to choose it himself. But he never did. He was not interested in helping with the laundry! 😂 After this, we headed to the bus. Went to Omniversum Museon & filmdome in Den Hague. Super leuk! We parked at the Dome building, but then needed to walk around to the Museon building. Because there were stairs, we had to take the longer path. We ran through wind and rain and tried to dodge puddles; but helaas, we were quite wet. Still a good sense of humor! In the Museon, Mees explored a lot of themes including: early art works, eating insects, sound, technology, animals, North Pole, Roman times, volcanoes, high and low lands, Climate Studio and Jane Goodall. The museum was interactive and fun and Mees really enjoyed. There was so much to do that we didn’t have time to finish. We went back to the filmdome after this and had to race through the lovely weather again. We were still wet from earlier, so now we were even wetter. 🫣 Mees had some good laughs about it though.
